We're working through some troubles here at the hospital, and a question popped up that I honestly can't find an answer to.

While discussing possible hidden node or CCI troubles we realized with multiple SSIDs in a mixed-mode environment, that we didn't know if RTS/CTS was to the ESSID or the BSSID. We're seeing plenty of troubles that we're trying to narrow down, and this question was just a stumper.
