  • I think we're past the point of discussing the actual aspects of the wireless technologies and have ventured into what is considered FCC enforcement domain.

    I would contend that Hotel properties are *not* public spaces, but private entities... and regardless of /why/ a person is removed, the hotel would still have the right to do so.  

    I can assure you that I'm able to remove someone from my home & property if their unlicensed hardware was affecting my own precious WiFi, and no, the FCC couldn't do a damn thing about that, nor should they be able to.
