On closer inspection, it's even worse than I expected.   Not only have they renumbered some clauses as you described, but they've moved and/or re-organized the sub-sections within the clauses -  even the clauses they didn't re-number.   
It's a real mess if you refer to sections by the old numbering scheme.
Tom, your information is top notch - please keep it up.
