Marketing Coordinator
Location: Durham, NC
Hiring Range: $40,000-$50,000

Experience
Proven experience with time management and content creation. High school required.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Graphic Design and Copywriting Skills
- Excellent Adobe Create Suite Knowledge (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent Microsoft Office and G Suite skills, including Word (Docs), Excel (Sheets), Powerpoint (Slides)
- Information gathering and analysis skillsWell developed written and verbal communication skills
- Website Development Skills are a plus (HTML, CSS, Wordpress, SQL)
Competencies
- Writing and Content Development: Demonstrated writing experience for a variety of digital styles to include website, blog, social media posts, infographics, e-newsletters, and print media; email, PPC copy, and presentations among others.
- Customer service: Both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Understand and manage customer expectations. Recognize and respond to opportunities to proactively meet customer needs. Seek and use customer feedback to enhance services and delivery mechanisms.
- Relationship management: Establish and sustain positive working relationships with people at all levels both within and outside of CWNP.
- Teamwork: Actively participate in the development of the team and its work processes, systems, and operations. Provide positive support and assistance to colleagues to ensure delivery of team goals. Seek to increase contribution to the team and support an environment of continuous improvement.
- Support organizational values: Endorse, support and promote CWNP's vision and values. Act fairly and with integrity in dealings with customers, stakeholders, and other CWNP staff.
