Flawed and out of luck.

    Ok, for example, the 4 bit rate field has 16 possibilites, but only 8 are used with OFDM. So, if the rate field has anthing other than the 8 possibilites, then it is a flawed frame.

    If the tail bits are not all 0's, then it is flawed. Does the standard specify that if the bits are not understood, it will discard the entire PLCP, including the length fields?
