I have spoken with some engineers at Cisco at it may currently be possible to enable PCF on 1200s, 1130s and such. If anyone knows what the IOS command for this is please let me know.

There are no specific commands in current AP IOS that allow you to implement PCF but there are commands that will allow you to modify the contention window. Go here:

and check out the "traffic-class" command. That's the closest thing I've found related to it. The problem is that no one supports (or implements) PCF in any "normal" access point on the market, that I've seen so I'm not sure why you'd want to mess with it, unless you're just testing it out.
