Hi all,

I have requested my certification kit but nothing received after 7 weeks!
Also I sent an email to customercare but no reply :(

Probably my mail was tagged as spam!
Is anyone else who I can contact / mail ?!

Hello. Sorry you have not received your certification kit. Where do you live? All kits are mailed via first class US Mail to the address that you specific and confirm within your CWNP account.

Also, we have not received any such email to customercare @ cwnp . com today. We try to answer all emails to customercare within 24 hours if possible.

I know you do your best, that's why I believe that my mail was marked as spam :(

I live in Greece (international mail through USPS probably).
Kit was initially requested on "2012-05-05"
I have sent the mail on Tue Jun 19, 2012. (2012-19-06)
Mail title was "CWNA Certification kit"

Please resend that email, because we have not received it and it did not go to spam. Please send to customercare<at>cwnp<dot>com
