    What do you think is the highest user density per cell that could be sustained and still provide you with reasonable (meaning that it did not become the World Wide Wait over Wi-Fi and you would no longer bother trying to use it anymore) Internet access?

    I am assuming that the "right" spoken of is actually low cost (more like a utility) service and not free service.
