This target audience is my most common client. You really do not want to run their mission-critical apps using SOHO equipment. You will be the one supporting it, and any money you make up front will be lost on the backend trying to support it.
The Symbol WS2000 Wireless switch is the most feature-rich, cost effective device for the client you're describing. Combined with AP-300s it is the best value I have seen for implementations of 6 APs or less.
