AirDefense Enterprise can monitor your network collecting data 24/7/365 which can be reviewed later. Most people think that we only are used for WIPS. However, you can use the same data for performance. There are also other makers of similar products. Go to www.airdefense.net and download a trial copy. You may want to also try other vendors as well to see what makes the best fit for you. You need some type of overlay system, ours or another to do what you are wanting to do.
