I an beginning to study for the cwna exam and was wondering which study was the best. I have them both but the sybex ine seems the best are there ant sites that offer study guides and pratice test

Sybex is indeed a good book, read it first. If you have some time read also 802.11 real security for the part that matters in the CWNA security.

Free material can be found inside the Sybex book and at www.cwnpzone.com you will have to register first but it is free.

The official study guide from CWNP and the one from Sybex are both excellent study guides. They are both well written and easy to understand.

Transcender and Examforce offer legitimate practice tests and both are pretty good. Also CWNP offers a practice test for CWNA.

Cbt nuggets and Learnkey offer video training that is also decent in coverage.

The more sources for information you can use increases your understanding of the material.
