Co-channel interference vs SNR

Hello everyone,

I faced a few questions in a certain Site Survey Quiz and i'd ask you to help understanding the answers.

SNR, what's the least SNR level accepted for a link to work ( before it completely fails ) ? Would 5 to 15 SNR already be not reliable to maintain the link up ? and 15 above would be considered good communication...

Also, if i have the following :

Internet - AP - Repeater - AP - Internet

I have a 5 floor tall building with Internet in extreme ends (1st and 5th floor ) and i would like to share with the entire building, would it be possible to do it with only one repeater ? May i share two internets with only 1 repeater or must i use 1 for each internet ( wlan ) ?

i would like to hear some answers...

Success Stories
