The CWNA is Vendor Neutral and is more focused on RF.

The CCNA Wireless is vendor specific and focuses naturally on Cisco - In particular, the Cisco WLC 4400 and 500 Series and associated APs, antennas, and network management systems.

If you look at the Cisco Academy's Fundamentals of Wireless you'll find it more in line with the CWNA although it is still oriented towards Cisco at the end of the day.
