    I think using 802.11a for indoor eases out the task of a network
    administrator to some extent.

    Down below are the Advantages
    -------------------------------------

    1)High throughput(can always use short slot time)
    2) No Cracking/Hacking utilities(Known)
    3) Only 802.11a Clients can see the network
    4) No interference

    Disadvantages:
    -------------------
    1) Devices are a bit costlier
    2) Has Range limitations.
    3) All notebooks doesnt have 802.11a cards inbuilt.

    Advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

    Can some tell me if there are cracking or hacking utilities for
    802.11a.

    Guys can you add on advantages,disadvantages and make this thread
    intresting.
