Any Experience With "Wi-Fi Direct" ?

    Does anyone have experience connecting WLAN devices using the WFA "Wi-Fi Direct" protocol ?    Phones, cars, other ?

    I am interested in any problems or anomalies you might have seen.

    The WFA database shows over 12k devices certified for it, but I have not seen much about it, pro or con.
