  • HI Gsingh,

The CWDP 302 paperback copy should be available for purchase by early September and the Kindle version will be available before the end of the month.

    Thanks,

  • Thanks Josie

  • Will there be an iBooks version for Mac OS X / iOS?

  • Hi John,
Yes, it will also be available at iTunes, Google Play and on Nook.  Previously our study guides launched after the exam.  Because we can update the Kindle version as needed we will launch an early version on Kindle and provide an updated version shortly after launch.  That updated version will go to print and be distributed to other eBook platforms.  Good luck!

  • Any news on the study guide and exam preparation materials?

  • The Kindle version is available right now (http://www.amazon.com/Certified-Wireless-Design-Professional-Official-ebook/dp/B01590MC8S/ref=sr_1_4) and CWNP sent out a Tweet last week saying the paperback is due sometime in October.

  • Hi JanVidar - The Kindle version of the CWDP-302 study guide is available.

  • Thanks guys, it looks good.

I dont quite get the objectives though as the CWDP-302 Exam Objectives dont match with the underlying CWDP-302 Objectives. The exam objectives look more like something you would find at CWSP?

    CWDP-302 Exam Objectives

    • Wireless Network Attacks and Threat Assessment 20%
    • Security Policy 5%
    • Wireless LAN Security Design and Architechture 50%
    • Monitoring and Management 25%

    CWDP-302 Objectives

    • Requirement Analysis 20%
    • Site Survey Procedures 20%
    • WLAN Design 40%
    • WLAN Deployment 5%
    • Design Validation 5%

    Kind regards

  • That is an error in the current early release version of the Kindle edition. The actual objectives are correct, but the list of knowledge domains is not. That will be corrected in an update that you will receive free when the final Kindle edition is released.

    Thanks

    Tom
