The most common reason that CWNPs do not receive their certificates is an incorrect address. We get the address from Prometric or VUE, wherever you took the exam.

To remedy this problem, we've implemented a new process within the CWNP Tracking System.

If you did not get your certificate yet, please login here:
https://www.cwnp.com/tracking/login.php

Your User Id is your CWNP Id number, and your password was sent to you via email soon after you earned your certification.

Once you've logged in, verify or update your name, address, email info (you have to click "verify / update") and then request your certification kit. Your certificate - and a new surprise! - will be sent to you the following week.
