    This is great in theory, but reality is that it's a fair way from being a commercial product. The main problem is that GSM power consumption is far lower than 802.11 - the net result is that when a user roams into an 802.11 environment, the battery life plummets.

    In addition, there's all the limitations on 802.11 bandwidth, roam times, interference, etc... wait for the 802.11A versions in a year or two...
