Anyone knows what is the certification required to certify the wireless network design?

There is no certification "needed" in order to do this.

One's that would help you understand how to do this correctly and make sure you did it right? CWNA works out as well as the CCNA Wireless.

Just know how to draw your heat maps - understand co-channel interference as well as interference from other devices with a spectrum analyzer.
