The latest sybex book was good, it approached a few things from a different angle which is always helpful 20%.  My work experience helped with questions about set-up and that side 20%.  The SU class was probably the best help as I got the student guide which broke things up into bite size bits and I had about 100 pages of notes 45%.  The practice exams were just helpful to get me back in the test taking mode 15%.  I haven't taken any tests since last March when I finished up my CCNP.  Now I will get started on the Wireshark cert and the CCNA Wireless.
