    The best way I've seen to deal with it for .11bg devices is to lower the height of the APs along the walls, use higher gain sector antennas, and crank the power to 100mW to "blast through" the low SNR. Also make sure client b/g devices are ok with not getting the highest bandwidth connection possible, otherwise you have to move to .11a. VoWLAN (.11bg) in this environment is probably not going to give you the performance you need for clear conversations.
