The Signal Field in the DSSS PLCP sublayer

    I found the same comments relating to the signal field for HR/DSSS PHY
    on page 287 of ieee 802.11 handbook.

    the binary value in this field is equal to the data rate multiplied by 100 kbit/s.

    This confuses me a little more since this reference is made twice.

    Any i will stick with the CWAP answer for my exam studies for that test, until i am ready for the CWNE.
