I have found that microwave ovens are brutalized by people without much spare time(ie. nurses ?). They slam oven doors, etc. And hospitals are 24/7. They get no breaks. The cheapest expedient I have found is a microwave oven leak tester from Radio Shack. Got mine for less than $10. Try front, back, near door seal and vents, etc. Good luck.
