4x4 MIMO = 4 spatial streams?

    Thanks for the clarification, guys.

    [b]n?m:s[/b] seems to be a more reasonable naming method for MIMO systems. And it is now clear that the Quantenna QHS600 is a 4?4:2 MIMO AP using 2 spatial streams.

    Some are expecting the debut of 4?4:4 MIMO systems (to achieve the final 600 Mbps data rate), but powering them may be a problem, I guess? 802.3af PoE is obviously not enough, so enterprises will be forced to upgrade to PoE+?
