I tried a Google search with "inurl:www.cwnp.com site survey" and although that returns a post from 7 years ago:   http://www.cwnp.com/forums/topic/i-need-a-site-survey-template/              
, the link it contains retrieves only a 404 error message.  "page does not exist"

On the other hand, Jennifer Huber's post regarding her site survey rig can still be found at:

 You can try searching some more - you may find a nugget or two.


Now to be honest, even 7 years ago the documents declared themselves as outdated, but I still found them informative.

I doubt I could find my copies - that repository crashed long ago.
