In addition to the FT white paper, Chapter 7 in the Sybex CWSP text is an excellent explanation of FT. The chapter in the book seems to clarify a few items in the white paper for me. I like the FT key hierarchy graphics in the book (I'm a visual guy....). Reading them both together helped a lot in getting FT understanding solidified.
