  • Ooh thats a toughy actually Darby, I usually look at the stuff on the AirMagnet website, I dont think I have seen a vendor neutral paper even jsut on the importance of surveys on here. There are a few resources on Wierless Lan Professionals

    Umm...

    You need money for a Wireless Project? A Site Survey and a Spectrum Analysis are the keys to success.

    1. Conducted by an impartial 3rd Party subject matter expert.

    2. Execs tend to understand and heed things they pay for - it's a layer 8 thing.

    3. Why would anyone start the purchasing process with a formal needs analysis for any project - how can you ask properly for a budget?

  • really there is alot of weather conditions has an affect on the signal of yhe wireless networks like heat rain and dust and so on and reflecting the signal when you are become beside amountain or some thing like that so in each place or site it require a specific devices or it is own wireless networks with the suitable devices
